Terms of service / Rental Agreement
An Official copy will be provided and signed in person.
1. Adult supervision is absolutely required when participants are in the unit. The lessee shall be responsible for the supervision of the participants while they are in the unit. As the lessee of the unit, the safety of all participants shall be the lessee's sole responsibility.
2.
a) No food, drinks, animals, silly strings, shoes, or sharp objects are allowed in the rental anytime. The operator is
responsible for ensuring that the size and weight of persons entering the inflatable does not exceed the maximum. Rentals, that are setup on hard surfaces such as concrete or asphalt must be closely watched to prevent their moving. If the equipment moves off the provided tarp, damages or staining may occur on the bottom of the unit.
3. In case if it rains, once the equipment arrives at the event, the deposit is not refundable.
4. Do not remove the inflatable from the area where it was installed. If the inflatable unit moves, pull it by one of its corners back to its original location of installation. Keep the inflatable unit away from swimming pools and other sources of water at all times.
5. All fees may be assessed for negligence or abuse of the inflatable unit, the fees will be depending the cost of the repairs.

7. Jennifer bubbles is a bounce house rentals, we are not responsible to take care of kids or problems with the breakers. Use or no use on the unit there won't be any refunds!
8. In case if you reserved a water slide check kids are lining up one by one so they wont be any kind of accident!

Se proporcionará una copia oficial y se firmará en persona.
1. Se requiere absolutamente la supervisión de un adulto cuando los participantes están en la unidad. El arrendatario será responsable de la supervisión de los participantes mientras se encuentren en la unidad. Como arrendatario de la unidad, la seguridad de todos los participantes será responsabilidad exclusiva del arrendatario.
2. a) No se permiten alimentos, bebidas, animales, cuerdas tontas, zapatos u objetos afilados en el alquiler en ningún momento. el operador es responsable de asegurarse de que el tamaño y el peso de las personas que ingresan al inflable no exceda el máximo. Los alquileres que se instalan en superficies duras como hormigón o asfalto deben vigilarse de cerca para evitar que se muevan. Si el equipo se mueve de la lona provista, pueden ocurrir daños o manchas en la parte inferior de la unidad.
3. En caso de lluvia, una vez que el equipo llega al evento, el depósito no es reembolsable.
4. No retire el inflable del área donde fue instalado. Si la unidad inflable se mueve, tire de ella por una de sus esquinas hasta su ubicación original de instalación. Mantenga la unidad inflable alejada de piscinas y otras fuentes de agua en todo momento.
5. Todos los cargos pueden ser evaluados por negligencia o abuso de la unidad inflable, los cargos dependerán del costo de las reparaciones.

7. Jennifer bubbles es un alquiler de casas inflables, no somos responsables de cuidar a los niños o los problemas con los rompedores. ¡Use o no use la unidad, no habrá reembolsos!
8. En caso de que haya reservado un tobogán de agua, verifique que los niños estén haciendo fila uno por uno para que no haya ningún tipo de accidente.
